Before you visit the store here’s a few things you might want to read:

Options

Apart from the Trial Pack, Keraflex is available in packs of five sheets.

We have put together various packing units that have the weight and postage pre-calculated. These range from a single 5 sheet order, to a bulk pack – in single thickness or a mix of each. We understand that with the larger orders in particular, you may have other requirements. If this is the case, please let us know, and we will try to assist in every way possible.

Secure purchase

Because we have set up our shopping cart with the security of a Chase Paymentech gateway service, your transaction is 100% safe. We can accept most major credit cards. Please contact us if you wish to pay via Paypal, check or money order.

Replacement guarantee

Your package is fully insured for loss or damage. If your package goes astray we will send you a replacement. If your items arrive damaged, contact us and we will organize the return and replace your items free of charge.

What you pay for is what you get

-Handling

We don’t charge handling. The tiny “handling fee” that you will see at checkout, is simply payment for our custom heavy duty double walled mailers, as well as insurance, so that your package is fully protected against loss or damage. We charge you the cost price on these. We do not make a profit on the packaging. We love these custom mailers, and you will too. They offer a great storage solution for your Keraflex sheets in your studio.

-Shipping

We do not make any profit on postage. You will only be charged the actual cost based on the exact size and weight of the product/s you selected.

Discounts *

We offer a discount for every sheet you purchase over the first five sheets:

3% off if you order between 6-20 sheets in any one size.

5% off if you order more than 20 sheets in any one size.

10% off for all of our bulk packs.

Discounts automatically applied at checkout.
